Transfer Signature

Purpose

Appends the user's signature to the message body of all transfers.

Details

Users can prepare multiple signatures to be appended to the message body of transfers. When uploading a new transfer, the user can chose from these signatures.

Signatures appear in the message body in notification emails.

Configuration

  • Scope: applies to a single transfer
  • Privileges: user-privileges required
  • Default: no signature; or first defined signature

The user can define his signatures in his web portal, section Settings.
